    The only qualification for our Line of Credit is a minimum credit score of 680. No prior real estate experience is required. The LOC can be used to fund up to 80% of the total cost of any project, with a maximum credit limit of $500,000. This means you can work on multiple deals simultaneously, as long as the combined total of those deals does not exceed $500,000.
